Flow Lab Dance is Palm Bays leading dance studio geared towards teaching adults dance techniques and harboring seasoned dancers! Flow Labs' mission is to train beginner and intermediate dancers- industry style dance, discipline, and culture through community and experimentation. Classes are Beginner Ballet, Contemporary, Commercial Heels, and Urban Dance!

Flow lab dance offers two programs FlowCo and Drop-in classes.

 

FlowCo (Flow Collective) is The Flow Labs Dance Company. FlowCo is a team of individuals whose mission is to perform and experience community through dance. FlowCo fosters a space for students to exercise choreography, performance, leadership, and videography skills. FlowCo takes place every Wednesday from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM FlowCos 3hr meeting includes dance training in all styles taught at The Lab, conditioning, and dance rehearsal.

The Second Program Flow Lab Dance offers is Drop-In Classes, a way to take classes individually without commitment. There are also packages available.
